I expect when I change bank account's and send 24 emails and 17 phone calls 13 facebook message that my agent will get back to me to update my banking information Instead of ignoring me and the issue at hand let me go into default. Then someone from the office Tells me that it's not their issue to deal with aic. AIC tells me that only the agent can update my payment information, and I get a runaround for 5 months 2 cancelations. I had to call AIC corporate directly. Put in a formal complaint to them. They were gonna remove Andrew Meinster, formerly Nottingham insurance. As my agent, they had 24 hours to act. They finally called me. This is a large MGA broker that accepts applications for insureds from other agents and if they don't get the business, they go out directly to the insured the next year under a guise that they are an actual insurance carrier. Then they will proceed to not cooperate with an insured when they ask for their loss history to market their accounts with another independant broker in They represent themselves in violation of th e PA Insurance Guaranty Association openly. They are crooks and are extremley un-ethical. They overcharge insureds by not letting them get other competative quotes. They block them every renewal. They are a parasite.
