Working with Alexis to transition from commercial insurance to Medicare was amazing. We started talking about six months before I was Medicare eligible. We discussed the process and the pros and cons of different MA, Supplement, and Drug plans. We reconvened about two months before I was Medicare eligible and Alexis had a strong recommendation for what plans were best for my situation (Supplement + Prescription Drug Plan). She also walked me through the other plans that might be good alternatives. She took care of the application process and told me what to expect.
