*Edit to add - asking clients to waive responsibility for entering data when your only job is to enter data appropriately is not industry standard. Similar to a taxi driver asking you to sign a contract stating that you will not charge him if he injures you while driving to your destination. That is literally his only job....to drive you safely to your destination. You really don't have to take my word for it. I called just two other offices with a much higher number of positive reviews and both offices laughed at the contract they wanted me to sign. It isn't industry standard. I gave them a chance to do right by an office that has been with them for years. They chose not to. I would rather protect other small businesses than let a large office with a ridiculous attorney take advan

I had an absolutely AWESOME experience with Design Health! I had a very difficult time confirming my identity/mailing addresses with the proper health organizations when I applied through the marketplace and with CO Medicaid - Design Health helped me navigate ALL of that! They advocated for me, made calls for me, and sat in on calls with me and Medicaid to help me push for results/help. I can't believe how intense the process to get health insurance was - Design Health was unreeeeal helpful through it all. Highly recommend you give them a call if you are struggling with your insurance process :)

I was so stressed out when I called Design Health about my insurance needs. I thought we missed the boat getting insurance for this year. I cannot tell you how awesome this company is! Terra was so kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable! She put my mind at ease and helped me get the right plan for us! The receptionist also helped me a couple of times and she was just as helpful!

Design Health is probably one of best insurance brokers I have ever had the pleasure in working with. They are knowledgable beyond anyone I have ever dealt with. They are honest and very responsive. They know what they are talking about and they care about their customers. In this volatile world of health care which seems to change monthly, its nice to know someone stays on top of those changes.
