Been good to me and my mom for years

I went to this location today to get a form printed and help faxing it to the State Farm bank, I was told when I called the bank that I can go to any State Farm location to get this form and they could print it off the website and help me however I had a horrible experience with the man in the front. He told me he could not help me and tried to give me the number to call the bank and when I asked if I could call them and have them speak to him he said “ No I can’t help you. I ended up calling the bank on my way to the location near the mall and was told by the representative that he should have know it’s on the website and he should have been able to print it and help me fax it -she noted my experience for this location and the other office was surprised as they said this location does not

So far Penny has been impressive with her quick response and very professional in how she flawlessly took care of moving all our policies.
