The personal service that LaRae provides is excellent, and what I’ve come to expect from my Allstate agent. With cost increases to our homeowner’s policy, we made an appointment for a policy review. The face to face meeting was exactly what we needed. LaRae went over the details of our current policy and helped us understand which coverages we didn’t need or were excessive. She was able to reduce our bill to an acceptable cost while maintaining great coverage from the company we trust. Many thanks to LaRae for her excellent service, experience, and knowledge. In addition, we really appreciate her warm, wonderful personality and dedication to our community. She’s a delightful woman!

My family has been with this company for 30years and never made 1 clam untill last year! They are denying us renewal because we don't want to cut down 50 year old mesquite and clear away all vegetation on 5 acres. Loyalty doesn't mean anything to this company.

Unfortunately, I had to make several claims in this past year, from towing to car damage. I find the take a photo and send it through the app or fax your tow bill to be cumbersome and confusing. Consistently, I have called LaRae's office and received excellent help. Maia has been my immediate point of contact and assisted me from the submit a tow bill to the more confusing "they want to total my car" or "I am out of state and the potholes were so bad they damaged my car" situations. Maia is always pleasant, willing to talk to service people, figure out how to get the automatic system to stop emailing me, and follows up regularly keeping me informed every step of the way. I started with allstate at under $300 a month for 2 vehicles. after I year same coverage went up to almost $400 a month. the almost $100 jump made me change. the very last day of coverage a rock hit my windshield. they refused to cover the replacement. my new insurance company didn't pick me up for coverage until 3 days after my request of coverage to start the same day I ended coverage with allstate. now I'm stuck paying full price for a windshield. I'm pissed that the new insurance waited 3 days. I'm pissed that allstate was covering my car the day my windshield broke but because it was my last day they refuse to cover the windshield replacement. I'm stuck now what good is insurance anyway.
