DO NOT GET LIFE INSURANCE WITH THIS COMPANY. I find it necessary to write this review in order to prevent future individuals from misplacing their hard-earned income in the hands of the state as opposed to their intended love ones. Case in point- my deceased grandfather (rest in piece abuelo) left us his life insurance policy which we received in the mail as a packet from this company. Sent the information various times and kept getting the same packet in the mail. No phone call, no email, nada...just the same packet over and over again. Called and got an actual person who told us to fill it out again so we did. Emailed, mailed, and faxed it this time. Then we get a letter telling us the funds have been transferred to the state and we will have to file a claim with them. Called John Hanc
