Beautiful, historic ranch house in a remote area, metal roof, cement stucco, beautifully landscaped. Out of courtesy, after paying for the policy I sent him pictures. Within 10 minutes he had blown them up, examined them with a fine tooth comb and was on the phone with me. Advised me the company would inspect our house in two weeks and that because it needed a little paint they might have an objection. Sure enough it all happened just as he predicted and we were given a two week deadline to complete the work. Impossible. We are now without insurance until we can get our contractor up, a difficult task in our location, all complicated by an historic rainy season. Meanwhile, no insurance.
