The worst company don't choose them as coverage they just take your money they don't pay if your car is damaged. That representative Olivia Charles is lazy as ever on assisting the claims thoroughly 🙄 she barely reply to email i had to speak to the supervisor to even get her to communicate the status updates. Horrible treatment. They go based off pictures not the mechanics quoted to give coverage estimates so do yourself a favor before submitting a claim. You're welcome.

I was on hold for 5 hours only for the call to be forwarded and then disconnected. My sons car was hit by one of their policy holders. They took photos and never reached out after they took them to give us the repair estimate approval

Horrible experience. One of their drivers hit my car and it’s been almost 3 months and I have not gotten any results. Police report says their driver is at fault as well as my insurance company and they are missing. Celene Gomez Is my claims adjuster and she’s very unprofessional and rude. I’ve called her every day and left Multiple voicemails and I still have not received a reply. I will be Attempting to call back and speak with management.

This process has been a nightmare .. my son was hit on 12/24/25 by there insurer who was driving reckless . I’m thankful my son is alive by the grace of God, his car was destroyed. Everything I read On the comments is true .. they never answer and your on hold for hours !!!! You have to literally hunt them down for days. Once you reach someone they tell that if they can’t get a statement from the insurer then they can’t help you !! That’s not my problem ! I bet you find them to get a payment when it’s due. My son is left without a car struggling and yet I haven’t received a call , text or email back . Just horrible experience.

Please do yourself a favor and do not get this insurance at all! If I could give 0 star rate I definitely would. In the state of FL we went through 2 back to back hurricanes. We all get that the insurance companies are back up. Sure! But there is no need for not communicating with the customer that pays your company so you can get your paycheck with their premiums. There is also not excuse for someone that is in a manager position to not reply voice messages and only communicate back when you have to get your attorneys envolved. There is no need for a “adjuster” to be rude and unprofessional. They are doing a job under stress while hundreds of people lost their belongings. So having no empathy in this business is a NO-NO!
