Although I don't believe that something's ever "due" to happen, I reached a point where I felt I had rolled the proverbial dice long enough, not having property insurance on my small business. I had known Patrick Basile of P&C Insurance for well over a year. Because of that pre-existing relationship, I first contacted him when I decided I needed protection. Over lunch, he helped me understand what business property insurance does, how it "works," and why I might need it. After asking me several questions, he drafted an estimate.
