I recently switched my car insurance to State Farm with the help of Lauren Tullos’s agent Katie Ray. She was a joy to work with— very kind and organized— making the process seamlessly easy, and helped me save a considerable amount each month for even better coverage than I was getting before. I could tell she wanted to help me and was not just out to make a bunch of money off of me, which is what the I felt my former insurance company was doing when they unexpectedly raised my monthly rate significantly upon renewal, for seemingly no reason, and really messed up my monthly budget.
