I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. In my experience, they did not help handle my accident when the other party was at fault. I felt pushed toward the other person’s insurance and not supported—definitely not the level of care I expected.

Andrew Felder is without a doubt the worst insurance representative you could possibly select. Misstating coverages, lack of consideration, and absolutely no communication. Andrew has clearly built up his office, with no intention of representing State Farm or supporting his team whatsoever. I have been with the Felder "team" since 2014, with a gap in the middle when he personally told me to use my insurance for a hit and run repair, and then proceeded to promptly drop my coverage at the next renewal period. My final straw has been his Jack in the Box level of customer service, during a very difficult claim, where my vehicle will likely spend months in repair.
