Kendall Welch - State Farm Insurance Agent

This agent is incredibly rude and unhelpful. I have had State Farm for years but have had one too many unpleasant phone interactions with Kendall and her team and will be switching immediately. She seems to believe that she is doing her customers a favor by insuring them and that we are not paying for a service. Do yourself a favor and find a different agent.

My parents used Kendall's dad as their insurance agent when they first got married and I knew when I got married and we bought our first house that I wanted Kendall & her lovely team to be our agents. They are responsive, professional, sweet, & some of the most caring people we have ever had the pleasure of working with. We hope to be with Kendall for many more years.

Got an insurance policy with her, all was well until a week or so later she calls to tell me she entered my birthday wrong and informs me that once she corrected it my rate went up. When i ask how much the number she gave me was double what i had already paid her for that month. I told her to cancel my policy and that i would expect a refund because i am not the one who entered my birthday wrong. Now, after i got this policy with her, i received my insurance cards, and the rest of the documents to my current address. Just yesterday i find out that she sent my refund check to an apartment that i lived in almost 4 YEARS ago when i had first quoted insurance with her. She obviously has my current address because i got everything else here, so she knowingly sent the refund check to my old addr

Kendall and her crew of insurance ninjas are awesome. I don't remember exactly how long I've been a client of this location but I think it's over 10 years now. They always take care of me, explain every question I have, and have been great about changing my policy to match what I need as I need it. Awesome stuff ladies. Thank you all so much for all your help over the years. Looking to many many more. :)

Kendall is “unbelievable” in her professionalism and character. She will actually care about “you” the customer and “you” the person. This is hard (almost impossible) to find! See her and her team if you want to be TRULY taken care of as an individual! Blessings to you and your team Kendall!
