Cherilyn B. is absolutely AWESOME!! I have multiple policies with various needs and she ALWAYS exceeds my expectations in every way... from professionalism to punctuality, she's the woman. I highly recommend working with her for all you insurance needs.

Cherilyn was amazing. It was so refreshing to have an insurance agent who fights for me and not against me. Cherilyn helped me switch auto; saving me almost $1000 in premiums, while also keeping me all my bundle policy discounts in place. This lady stayed after hours, she worked tirelessly, and she demonstrated what we all want our insurance to be…excellent service and peace of mind coverage.

Don't get ANY insurance from this agency! I was with them for over 5 years and i always had the 2% wind and hail deductible! but on the last time I renewed my insurance they slipped in 5% wind and hail Deductible after i talked to the agent that told me no changes in coverage, and never sent me the paperwork! It was a Bait and Switch! So i had to pay for my roof out of pocket! You can get better coverage when u go with a independent Agent! The Agents are supposed to go over your insurance coverage with u but didn't! Go figure!!

Thomas Madden was very pleasant to work with. He’s informative, knowledgeable, and above all else transparent! Very good service and great help with my insurance needs. I highly recommend Thomas!

Charilyn does a good job taking care of the customers for the Hetherington agency. I appreciate her efforts.
