Farmers Insurance - Jeffery Deisering

The lack of communication with this office is just mind blowing. They don’t go into full detail about anything and there is a lack of transparency. I was switched to a Bristol west policy when originally calling to ask why I was told my bill would be 200$ after adding my husbands vehicle to my policy after a one time payment of 256$ but when I get the bill the next month after that payment of 256$ it was 240$ and not the 200$ I was originally told. It wasn’t even looked into I was just told that I could switch to Bristol west for 185$ a month. Fully unaware it’s through farmers but you can’t even talk to farmers customer service you have to call Bristol west if you have any issues and it is also a completely separate app. So after switching, my renters went up and I wasn’t told that would

Jeremiah is my agent but he is also my personal insurance consultant and friend. Every time I have needed something it’s always a “need it yesterday” issue.
