I just can't say enough good about Juelian Carter! She is just a breath of fresh air! In a world where it's dog eat dog Juelian was there listening to me and what I wanted, even when what I thought I wanted might not have made good sense to her, she still listened and asked questions to learn my reasons for what I wanted. Once she heard my wants and reasons behind the wants, she went to work on finding me the best plan available in my area that met the greatest portion of my needs.
