Brooke is the very best:) She not only has extensive knowledge of insurance - but is a wonderful person as well. We have had her as our insurance agent for our home and property and our personal vehicles for over 15 years. We have had several life situations happen during that time and Brooke has never failed to see us through them with the best possible outcome. She truly cares. The world needs more people like Brooke! She is a valuable part of our life and we are thankful for her:)!

I've been with Ed Preble Agency for several years, and I always feel totally taken care of. My agent, Brooke Hafer, has been absolutely delightful to work with. She always greets me with a smile and asks how I am doing, and she readily provides answers to my questions with just a few clicks on her computer, or a quick phone call, or simply by drawing from the extensive knowledge she has from having worked in insurance for a long time. While my daughter was a student, Brooke always made sure to apply the good student discount, checking to see how my daughter was doing in school, and congratulating me on having such a smart daughter! I plan to stay with Ed Preble for a long time, at least as long as Brooke is working there!

This is the go to place for your insurance. I really appreciate all the kindness that is shown by everyone there, but Brooke is my fav. She is always in a good mood and always ready to help with any questions I may have. She is funny and stays busy but still has time to talk and help out customers in the office and on the phone and not miss a beat. Greatly appreciate the support she has shown me throughout the time I have been a part of this amazing team. Thanks Brooke for all you do.
