Giving one star because despite me telling each individual franchise to stop mailing me, you all keep mailing me and you won't take the initiative to remove me from your corporate mailing list which I've not been able to figure out how to do myself. Why is some Arkansas agency mailing me in Oklahoma. Your franchises are harassing general consumers by masking as different businesses. Do better.

Great experience and very professional staff 100% recommended

Prater Allstate quoted my home and Auto in Jan. I switched because the quoted amount would save me money. Three months later Allstate underwriters raised my home premium $1300 due to incorrect specs on my home. The square footage was off by 2000 ft. My 27 year old home was built in 2023 according to Prater Allstate. Prater expected me to pay for their mistake with a 230% premium increase. Incompetence or deliberate misleading? Bad either way for me. This cost me $1200 year increase to switch back to a local insurance provider. I hate dealing with insurance people. They are even with lawyers on my personal scumbag list.
