I always get taken care of fast and always friendly by everyone but Nick is always my to go to guy. He has been putting up with me for so many years and never has an problems with taking care of my insurance needs ....

Just leaving a poor review because I tried calling 15 minutes before closing to pay my bill and I guess phones don't get answered 15 minutes before closing? Well, it upset me enough to make a bad review, I pay good money only to have your phones shut off, I guess y'all don't want my money but still expect me to pay on time? How am I gonna pay if you turn your phones off 15 minutes before closing? No online web portal? No automatic voice message system to take my payment?

Was needing help with insurance certificates for a job we are working that our lawyer needs. They said they could get me the certificate I needed yesterday. They sent me to Cody who was RUDE. He didn't call me back yesterday. This morning after calling 3 times to talk to him, when I finally got a hold of him, he told me there were 15 people ahead of me, and I needed to be patient. If you're a general contractor needing general liability, workman's comp certificates, or anything I recommend Dennis at ACI. He got the papers I needed in 45 minutes.

I really like this company. I wont deny I've missed a payment here or there, but they always give me grace, work with me, and make sure I'm legal and able to drive around safe and sound. Good people. Good environment. Top notch.

Dylan and Nick the shake and bake due have always treated me fair and nicely. If one is busy I can count on the other to help me. And if either of them can't then I know one of the other two will help as soon as they can.
