Farmers Insurance - Shelley Parson

I have had farmers insurance for a few years now and they have always been very friendly with great customer service! Their rates are good and the agents are very helpful and willing to answer any questions you have for them. Highly recommend

I got in touch with Deri to look over switching over to Farmers and bundling my insurance, she was able to give me a great quote that I thought was reasonable and I decided to make the switch to Farmers, she was very detailed on all the coverages that I was going to be purchasing which help me decide on what coverage to get. I highly recommend for others to give Farmers and call and make the switch

I like the personal hands on service I receive , if I have questions or issues I can go to the office and have them taken care of right then. Just a little update, Shelly and her staff are in their new location on J st in Bentonville and it is beautiful. Very spacious modern and up to date. Parking is no longer an issue, very easy in and out. Just to give a shout out to Constance,really appreciate the hands on personal service. You can't get their level of service over the phone.
