I’m originally from South Africa, and with my previous insurance company I was paying around $300 per month just to insure my Tucson. When I added a second vehicle, they quoted me over $600 per month and told me that was the best they could do. Then I met with a State Farm team member, and what a difference! They insured both vehicles and my household for just over $300 total. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process.

As an exotic car enthusiast, I find myself coming back to State Farm. The reason I had to leave my previous insurance provider 1. The monthly could’ve been lower 2. They tethered on Exotic car coverage. I couldn’t live with myself if I ended up with a clunk like Chevy or Ford trash, same goes for Tesla because I’m not gay. Serena Smith’s agent Mandy made this really worth coming back to State Farm.

Been with Statefarm for several years and the Agents and Staff are always friendly helpful. Today, very impressed with Michaela who was very helpful in trying to resolve an account/payment issue. I have been a customer of this location for over 18 years. The front desk operator is always a delight to work with. Although, the customer relations part gets lost between the agent and the client. I highly recommend doing a yearly analysis to receive the best price point for your needs. I have not seen Serena since taking over this location almost 16 years ago but her right hand Whitney is always so helpful through email!!!
