The people at Am Fm Germantown are great to work with. Last year they did a complete review and were able to significantly reduce my premiums. Kept me a happy client. Have been with AmFm for decades because of people like Patrick and his office people.

Patrick is very responsive. Every time I contact him with a question or concern, he responds very quickly. He’s polite, professional and knowledgeable. The only thing I’m very displeased with is the cost of my insurance. I drive a 2015 Toyota - a TEN-year old vehicle - and my annual premium is over $800. That’s RIDICULOUS.

We have used the local American Family office for many years . It is excellent to be able just to stop in and get help from a person. The local office with local people helps provide that personal service i like. Patric does a great job and guides us with insurance issues.
