Nobody likes to get, shop for, and/or change insurance policies and coverages. For me it's "too many numbers and too much math". I wanted to get quotes from multiple companies but all in one place. I sat down with Betty and what was supposed to be an hour visit ended up being almost 2.5 hours. She explained everything, line by line, changes I could make. Betty also got to know me as a person, taking the time to ask questions about my needs, wants, family, kids, etc......nobody does that anymore. She emailed me a couple of quotes and I went back to discuss them and gave a few questions answered.
