I obtained quotes for Auto and Renter's policies, which were a significant savings over my current insurance. That said, the agent insisted that I "want" twice as much coverage as I feel is worth paying for, despite my request to quote me for the lower level of coverage. Since I also need a homeowner's policy for a rental property, the agent suggested she would work on that quote and follow up with an email; when that email didn't come, I followed up by pfone the next day. I left a message two days ago and I still have not heard back from them. They must have decided I'm not worth their time.
