We’ve been with the JOSEPH P. HOELL INSURANCE AGENCY since we bought our house in 2020 and have had nothing but good experiences time after time. We have 3 policies there, adding vehicles, coverage, adding individuals to our policy is always easy. And if I ever feel my rates aren’t the best I can ask them to look around for a better quote and they will. Great people and a great company.

My wife and I have been with the Joseph Hoell Insurance Agency for over five years now. They have always been available and responsive to our needs. No problems whatsoever. Our agent Kyle Kollmar is extremely helpful. When we were in need of some insurance changes he was proactive and contacted us with the best options. Simply put, there’s not a single aspect of this process that Kyle didn’t make incredibly easier. Genuinely good people, incredibly responsive, friendly, and patient - places like this do exist! I can’t see us needing to shop around anymore after working with Joe’s office. And no - you won’t sacrifice $$ to get this level of service. Our rates dropped significantly - I don’t leave reviews often, but this place is truly unique and 100% worth a phone call at the least if you’re not sure what else is out there.

The price was market value. Joe is fine. Quick while getting insurance set up not so much as a customer but always returning call within 0-3 days. Signed up and paid in full For a year of home annd 6 months auto and then was told a couple days later I needed to pay up an additional $200 because Joe Made a mistake. Don’t really see how that’s my fault as I already paid and after the additional cost I ended up paying more than I was with my other company. Kinda bait and switched me. I found more value elsewhere is why I’m leaving. Such is life.

Because of the rising cost of auto and home insurance, I sought out several independent insurance agencies in my area to get competing quotes. I chose to give my business to the Joseph Hoell agency. The rates they quoted were competitive with the other agencies I spoke with and were less expensive than the company I had been with for many years. The agent I dealt with, Brad Zacharias, was very knowledgeable, personable and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and made this change of insurance companies much easier than I thought it would be.
