Didn't have an option for 0 stars, this place is absolutely useless. They deny your rights to be able to pick up the information, you should've been given when approved. They try to make you wait over 2 weeks for the information you need, instead of letting you pick it up that day. Or they tell you to go to a website, when a lot of people don't have access to the Internet. They need to hire people that actually care, instead of people only interested in the $$ they'll make.
Dental emergency? You can forget it if it's wisdom teeth. They will hang you out to dry. 1 dentist for MILLIONS of people. Unfortunately for me I have an absessing tooth and they turn their back on me. Nowhere I can go to be helped in an emergency....
