I've been trying to leave this review for a few days and finally got the chance. I had a great experience since the moment I walked in their office. Both, Shannon and Makenzie are very helpful and professional. Getting insurance thru them was fast and easy. When other companies failed to help me out I thought I was out of options. Talking to Shannon was like a breeze of fresh air in a hot summer day. He made the whole process super easy. I will recommend them to anyone who needs insurance. Worst experience! Had insurance on my home for 9-10 years with no problems. They were leaving the state and would no longer be insuring my home. With 3 weeks to find a new carrier I went in to the office with concerns and asked for help doing so. I then call SEVERAL times with no help just wanting to call me back. After the insurance then lapses I received a call asking what can I do for you? I was shocked. I then received a single quote for a unreasonable rate. I found my own quote and half the price. I recommend finding some where else to get your insurance .

I have had insurance with them on my home in Arizona for 4 years. i moved my physical mailing address and received a bill last year. This year i knew a bill should be coming but never received one. I then called Safeco National and found out they never changed my address in their system, Parker never called to see what was going on and just let the policy lapse. When i called during business hours no one answers the phone at 4 PM, Beware they may write policy's but customer service to just ask if you want to renew your policy does not exist. BTW i have had the same phone number for over 22 years.

After dad passed, I've taken over my Mom's care. I tried contacting Parker to get a clue report to include in the sale of Mom's mobile home. I called three times over two weeks; they lied to me when they said they'd get back to me. I never got an email or a call back from them. I contacted the carrier directly and to my surprise the policy had been non-renewed due to the carrier no longer offering that type of policy. Parker never contacted me or my mother about the policy being non renewed, nor did they inform me of the situation when I was trying to get the clue report. Very unhelpful. I would have gotten a different policy with them if they had bothered to help me out, but now I will take my business elsewhere.

The hands on assistance we received insuring our new home while living out of state was excellent. We had quotes 3x the price from other companies. The thing that separated this company from the rest was service and response time when trying to deal with our mortgage lender for "more paperwork". Having a local agency and personal level of service puts Parker over the top!
