I've been a policy holder for over 30 years. Won't go anywhere else. Alex and Pam are wonderful to work with. Never in all these years have I had one complaint. Always helpful. Recommend them to all I know. They are the best.
All of my vehicles are insured here, never had any issues adding and removing vehicles from my policy. Alex has always been the biggest help and always so friendly and professional. They were quick and fast of taking care of my insurance quotes for my new house. I have been with Amfam since 1992 I have multiple policies with the company. And I've had a few agents over the years. Only had a problem with one agent and a set up a new agent with me real quickly after I complain.
Pam and Alex went above and beyond to help me finalize my roofing claim, they followed up until all concerns were handles. This is a wonderful agency to deal with.
