Even though they were not able to write a policy on my home, they provided information on other agencies and I was able to find insurance. It was very nice of them to take their time to help me out even though they would not make any money. They were very prompt and efficient.

We were so delighted when our new home was finally completed in September of 2022. Then began all the due diligence of home protection including insurance. To our despair we found all the main insurance companies refused to offer us insurance. At the time I discovered and researched considerably and found that insurance companies are using 3rd party apps to designate fire risk - no other personal inspections of surrounding areas are made - purely - it appears, as if there is the word National or State Forest on some land - in it goes as not insurable. Needless to say after multiple phone calls in search of anyone who may be able to help, I received the name of Chelsea Haidusek at Butler Leavitt Insurance Agency. It has been nothing short of miraculous what Chelsea has been able to do
