Sari at Draxler Insurance in Cottonwood, AZ , is an excellent, excellent agent. She knows her products inside and out, and she always makes sure we have exactly what we need for our home and car insurance. And, remarkably for this day and age, Sari is in the office and answers the phone - in person - when I call. Then she takes care of whatever we need immediately and pleasantly. I also get my business insurance from Draxler in Cottonwood, and the service on that side of the office is superb.

Draxler Insurance Sedona ABSOLUTLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ~ I highly recommend NOT using this company and if you do, don’t work with Gina. I had major problems where in April of 2018 I got a call from Gina saying that she was unable to get my insurance payment from my mortgage company escrow account and that if I didn’t send them the payment for the year that they were going to drop my insurance. Even though the funds were in my escrow account I had to pay it out of pocket and then go after my mortgage company for compensation. Then again in April of 2019 the same thing happened. Gina told me that the funds where owed April 3rd and that they were giving me a grace period to pay the funds.
