Agent Ryan Smalls very unresponsive once policy was sold. Our business was closing so I needed to cancel the policy and 3 calls and messages and a cancellation request form sent to the agency did not result in the cancellation of the policy, but an automatic renewal premium drafted. I had to work directly with the Insurer, and they worked it out.

I use Jason for my life insurance and long-term disability insurance. I am not a fan of spending money on things that I do not have to.
