You might think that after being a customer for 4 years and paying them ten's of thousands of dollars that One digital would provide timely customer service, return calls and deliver on their promises. However, if you thought that, you would be wrong. It's pretty obvious in my dealings with them that they really do not care much about their customers or customer service. With insurance rate increases of over 100% in 3 years, I would have expected a call to explain things. Never happened. I always have had to initiate a call to discuss these increases. The final straw was this year, after a nearly 40% increase and a conversation with Aaron, that I initiated, he said he would get back with me the next day. It's now 3 days later. He never called back. I made a single call to State Farm. Fo

This has been my insurance company for the past 3 years and have always been great. Never have had any issues with billing, and have gotten two new cars and the process is always super easy going and fast to switch my policy from one vehicle to another. Nicole has always been great and is always super patient and kind. Definitely recommended especially for those who may not know a lot about cars and insurance!

Absolutely LOVE working with OneDigital for our company's retirement and healthcare benefits. They are so responsive and helpful!! I would (and do) recommend them to anyone looking for a benefits broker.

Not super happy. Everything went well until we wanted to end benefits. Then the communication was bad, we got over billed, and our rep was very unhelpful. Makes me never want to offer health benefits. We were with them for several years. I would have thought they would have been more helpful at the end, but they just seemed mad that we were not continuing. We just could not afford to do it anymore.
