I cannot say enough good things about Novaura. Luke, Jeanette, Jennifer, Patrick and the whole team have been incredible partners to our company — smart, responsive, and deeply committed to doing what’s right for both the employer and the employees. Benefits administration is complicated, stressful, and high-stakes — and they make it feel manageable. They show up when we need them, explain things clearly, and genuinely care. New Year - New Review. We used TBA for our brokers again this year. Open enrolment was a breeze. They were able to get us the best rates we have seen in the last few years and taught us about awesome new trending benefits. They are always nice and informative. I just love these group of individuals. They had some staff change and although I enjoyed working with their old team, their new team is just as amazing. I wish I had something negative to say because perfection is unattainable but I have none. Great company.
