Agents in Temple office are extremely helpful. I had an issue with my license and they were able to resolve the problem and get me insured immediately. they also have several Spanish speaking agents in office. I highly recommend them

Went in today for an in person quote to see if a rep could give us a better deal than what we had. I was previously paying $523/month for myself, spouse, and college age daughter with Travelers. Over the phone, Freeway quoted us $400/ month. BUT after working with Eric Herrera he brought our monthly payment down to $240!!!! He was such a blessing and found every discount possible. I recommend him 100%.
