This office is absolutely wonderful.My Dad uses this office and recommended Mr.Farwells office to me.Im from Houston and transfered here,the insurance agent Rosa Bradshaw,was so friendly and more than helpful.Thank you to Ms.Bradshaw and the entire staff.

I have been a customer of Johns for the last 11 years. Linda and Pam are always so great and friendly. They get all of my business taken care of. A few years ago I had a wreck that totaled out my car. I was not at fault but the other drivers insurance company was jacking me around and John said “I will take care of it” he had me all taken care of in one day! I recommend them to everyone. John has been in the business for many years and he knows what he is doing!

Temple Tx got hit hard last night with a tornado!! It was a scary time…trees fell on my roof, and I had tremendous damage to my house. John Farwell State Farm called me within the hour (after hours) with someone taking my claim and had a roof crew getting the trees off my roof and patching it early the next morning!! It rained again, and the patching saved so much more damage. I now (same day) have an adjuster. It is a scary time, but John Farwell made it so much better/ easier when I really needed it!! Thank you so much!!

John is by far the best agent I've ever had!!! He's punctual and has always addressed any issues that I had...in a promptly manner.
