Process took a lil under two hrs which was not normal I thought. Amax usually got me in and out within 30 to 45min. I left Amax because they're customer service sucks when it comes to updating your policy and calling to make a payment. Those people never answer the phone and when they do they leave you on hold. I decided to look for another broker. Alpa had good reviews. I asked for comp and collision with a $500 deductible and uninsured underinsured motorist but was never asked if I wanted a rental during the process. I found out I didn't have rental coverage a month later after I was in an accident. I called to ask and then went ahead and added it. It was only $7 to add it on. Didn't help me for my current situation but at least I have it if I ever needed it in the future. What makes me

Love the atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and the process was easy and they were able to cut my insurance in half saving me a lot of money. Highly recommend.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to help in anyway they can which says a lot when it comes to car insurance. Rhonda was absolutely amazing! They have the best rates around even beating progressive. I will definitely recommend Alpa to all my friends and family.
