Im a small business owner (Oklahoma Despachantes/ RMV Runners) and on the daily basis I need to contact my customers insurance agencies in other to help them with their RMV demand (for forms, questions, etc) and today I just had an lovely experience over the phone with this agency. They are easy to talk too, polite, and ready to go. I appreciate the treatment and I hope to send customers their way knowing that they will be a great agency to work with! Best. Ellen Lima.

I have emailed mulitple times and called every day for the past week and a half and Carlos, the manager doesn't respond or return phone calls. There's a tax return question that he either doesn't know the answer or he has extremely poor customer service skills. Not sure I would trust someone sho is unresponsive.

Went in and spoke with Carlos to book a trip to Mexico. He took down all my information which was weird since normally you do everything in person. He said he would reach me via within a few days. Never got a call or email. Go to GOMES travel right around the corner on main st. These people only seem to want to cater to Caucasian people.

Very nice everyone in the office. Very helpful and explain everything to the fullest and make sure satisfied with policy. I highly recommend Carlos the owner to anyone who's looking for coverage without any worries and most fair prices. Someone you can trust🤘😎🤘

One of their clients hit my car, been trying to get a hold of someone for 3 weeks noone ever answers or returns calls. This is a scam insurance stay away!!
