Horrible! It’s almost 4 months and still no insurance! This was something they messed up on their end sending my paperwork to my ex husbands address. He never filled out paperwork and left me with no insurance! I have stated many times he does not live with me and they went ahead and sent my paperwork to him! I have been calling for the last 7 weeks that I am in pain and need my insurance. They keep telling me they are going to escalate it and nothing. Last week I called and they said they r sending an email to case worker and supervisor and they will call me. NOTHING! I don’t understand what is going on in that office. I can tell you that the people I speak to are not in an office but working from home and I don’t even know if what they are typing in is even getting to someone. I get they

If I could give negative stars, I would. The processing department at NJ FamilyCare is beyond incompetent—it’s dangerous. My son’s insurance has been ruined twice in a row because these people can’t read a simple form. We’ve never had a lapse in coverage for my son while living in Massachusetts—and now, thanks to their gross negligence, my asthmatic child is without life-saving medications. This is utterly unacceptable. Do not trust these people with anything that matters. They are careless, clueless, and completely unfit to handle anyone’s healthcare.

I have been trying to cancel my insurance for 4 months !!! They refuse to send me anything or cancel… I’m at a loss . Terrible

Been waiting over a month to find out if my family will be approved. My daughter's need therapy ASAP.

If I could give negative I would. Let me start with saying your renewal application is going to be EXTREMELY DIFFICULT for people looking to enter the 12 DIGIT policy number, when their policy numbers are 10 DIGITS. Had my mother who is in the administrative field, not been standing by (as I make sure on anything I do with the state of NJ), I would not have been able to continue my application and would have lost my coverage due to the incompetence of those setting up the system. I'm not even going to continue beyond that because I'll run out of characters. Do yourselves a favor and don't use the online service, just call the or mail the in.
