I’ve have been accident free for almost 5 years since I started driving but my insurance rate went up 40% for a medical suspicion on my license that I got appealed in a month even tho it was given as a medical precaution and not a result of any action on my part except getting checked out by my doctor and The dmv said that car insurance shouldn’t go up do to a medical suspicion my insurance agent in formed me a suspension is a suspension and there was nothing he could do about it. when I get a new car this week I’m going to switch to progressive who offed 20% less to cover a newer car

So far far it’s been a really bad experience. I was told there was an accident on my driving record I sent Allstate proof that it wasn’t me. They double charged me on my first billing cycle. Was told I was going to get a refund for the double billing. I had to cancel Allstate because they wouldn’t fix the issue. I cancelled them on 3/28/22. Still show a balance still haven’t gotten my refund and they are trying to send me to collections. By far really bad experience.

I had GEICO Insurance before, so Bought a new car from Pacific Honda and Got Allstate Insurance from there, better price with more Coverage. So happy now and recommend to go and see Shella and Tessa, they will good take care of you guys and you will get the best coverage with best price.
