I own a fire/water damage restoration business and have dealt with a few different insurance brokers over the 40 years we have been in business. I can say with 100% validity that Orr & Associates has been THE BEST in customer service and absolutely takes care of their customers, not only with making sure they have the best coverage for the most reasonable price, but all the way to making sure certificates go out on time.
