Unfortunately a deer ran into the side of my car on the way to work on a Friday morning causing a good amount of damage. Contacted my agent and got a call from insurance by lunch time same day, Angela was absolutely great to work with through this stressful process (my first time making a claim) within a week I had my car scheduled to be fixed. I have recommended NGM to multiple family and friends and they are making the switch. Extremely grateful for Angela making this a stress free experience!

When I started with this company I had a joint account with my boyfriend. I got my own account months after getting insurance with this company so I told them of my new bank info. They were taking money out of both accounts for 6 months. My boyfriend never said anything because he didn’t realize they were also taking their payment from my new account. This company now owes me over 400$ I called and spoke with a rep and she was supposed to call back and never did. Do not use this company!! They are completely incompetent. I’d even go so far as to say crooked.
