To be fair, this review may be more of an 80% State Farm as a whole, 20% location kinda deal. I should have stayed with Geico. State Farm was actually more that Geico, but the selling point was not having to make 2 separate payments for the bike and the cars. For starters, STATE FARM HOLDS YOUR HAND WAY TOO MUCH! Some people may call it being personable, but it gets frustrating really quick depending on your needs. I HATE calling the office! I'd rather be able to do things on the app or website like a normal company! Want to add a car? Gotta call the office. Want to change coverages? Gotta call the office. Want to make a partial payment? I love Ashley at State Farm, she went above and beyond to get me the best price for my car. I have been with them for 1yr and they continue to surprise me with their quality of work. John is amazing too. They call or text to go over my renewal policy, to make sure I’m happy with my renewal. I have never had a company work for me, and not try to sell me anything. Most honest car insurance company I ever meet. Keep up the good work.

I’m a new State Farm customer! John got me the same exact coverage for my home and auto that I had w USAA, but he is saving me almost $107 a month. I even have an 18 year old boy as a driver on my policy. 🤯 That’s a significant savings with no lack of coverage. He was able to get me quotes and activate my policy on my schedule, not once showing impatience when I took too long to get back to him, even when I declined his calls. Sorry John but it’s true. Lol.
