I have been a State Farm customer for over four years, but unfortunately, my experience with this particular agent has been disappointing. I never felt that she had my best interests—or even State Farm’s—at heart. When I inquired about a change in my bill, I received a generic response that didn’t address my concerns. In fact, she stated, “I understand if you need to look elsewhere,” which left me feeling unsupported. I love working with Kim. Whenever I need anything she always responds promptly and she is really good at what she does. I never have to follow up with her because I know she will get things done the right way the first time. Customer service like that is hard to find these days!
