Horrible experience, still waiting on a refund for a policy I never agreed to. Signed cancellation papers within 24 hours of buying a policy in which never signed documents agreeing to a policy. After signing cancellation I got emails wanting more money and got an email stating they're still waiting on a signed cancellation document that was signed and sent over a week ago. I've gotten the complete run around, no response. To getting my refund. By far the worst experience. I'm still waiting on a response & still waiting on a refund.
