I do a lot of work with Philip and Will who have provided great insurance with quality coverage for my clients. They almost always beat the cost from other companies and several times have saved a deal due to the cost of the insurance (the client's other company was too high and causing an issue in getting qualified for their mortgage). Will was excellent up until he got paid. After that, he pretty much just ignored me or acted like he was too good to address a problem I was having. Despite consistent efforts on my part to have him help me with an issue with my carrier, he never got back to me. His negligence and refusal to return my texts or calls led to my Carrier cancelling my homeowners policy without my knowledge. Now I cannot get a new policy for less than 2x the price of my previous policy. I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but I have tried to reach out to him to figure out a solution, but he just won't get back to me.
