I’m pregnant and was so hungry this morning but I forgot my money and bank card at home due to this darn pregnancy brain and Richard was so sweet and offered to buy my breakfast talked with me a little and even gave me his business card if I ever need anything else. Which I thought was so kind! When I am in the market for life insurance I will make sure to call Richard. So be good to him so he stays with you for a long time. Severe ethics violation issues by Manager; lack of confidentiality of client information; Manager serves Alcohol on premises to young college graduates/agents; pyramid style (recruit and make money off others); Poor Management; Commission only; they try to make you pay back your commissions after you have left several months later! They take back commissions you are taxed on yet most likely write off as a loss or business write down! Overcharge clients over 50 years old.

Agent Bruce Ensal, failed to assist me in a life policy left by a relative. He was cold and uncaring in my case. I would not recommend him to anybody trying to set up a life policy. My exprience with new york life was horrible. Do not deal with this agent. If you care about a loved one. I am leaving New York Life because of him.
