Jonna has been an agent for our family for the last 15 years and has been a very courteous, informed and honorable agent. I had the pleasure of having one of her assistants, Blanca, assist me with some claim paperwork and she was fantastic. And just like Jonna, she was courteous and handled all of it in a very professional manner and made sure I was happy with the outcome before she let me stand up to leave. Jonna has a top rate crew and agency. Can't give her enough stars.
