Great customer service and follow through. You call with a question and they give you feedback in clear understandable language. If you call and you get their answering machine you receive a return call almost instantly. Have nothing but praise for this Agency. Finally their quotes are very reasonable compared to others in the insurance industry. Call them you and you will like what you hear.

In Jan **** the payment increased from $90 a month to $***. That is a huge increase and my issue with it is that I was never notified about this increase. Once I contacted Allstate about this issue, they agreed I was not notified but did not explain why I was not notified or even apologize for it. I personally feel that Allstate knew I was not notified and intended it to be this way. I have friends and coworkers who have experienced the EXACT same thing. Why would I want to remain with a company that significantly increases my car insurance payments without notifying me?! Where on earth is the respect and trust?! I shopped around and ultimately was able to get better coverage at a low price with another provider. I have always had issues with allstate, and found them to be unprofessional.

Maurice Springer provided horrible service when a limb came through our roof and left water damage in the rooms directly below the hole created and several adjacent areas of our home. Initially, Mr. Springer enthusiastically recommended that we file a claim directly with Allstate as this clearly would be a covered event. Unfortunately, this is where his support ended! Shortly after this event, he left on an overseas trip and did nothing further to support our claim. This was the “service” provided, after having consistently paid for Allstate homeowner’s insurance for over 30 years, without ever filing a claim.
