Mr Jimenez contacted me inquiring about an email he had sent me about the new insurance discounts State Farm is offering and even though I had glanced at it, I had not studied it. I was notified by my apartment at 4 PM that I needed to add something to my policy, but my Agent was not responding (mind you, my move in date was the next day) so I called Stacy Tucker’s office and Annie literally saved the day. She knew that I needed help immediately and very kindly offered to start a brand new policy with me right there on the phone at 4:30 PM.
