So far the most absolute worthless insurance company i have ever delt with.

Staff is very friendly about policy changes and very accommodating. I haven’t ever had a claim so I can’t speak on that experience but everything else has been above average customer service, especially for the area. Thanks

Physical address on South Winstead is different than the mailing address which is: PO Box 8347 Another + is convenient location to easily drop off payments rather than wasting a stamp and mailing. Sweet ladies up front make the office more cozy and welcoming.

Stacy Wise is very knowledgeable and doesn't try to push you to the most expensive policy. She asks questions to see what's best for you.
