NC Farm Bureau Insurance

We use Farm Bureau for home and auto. It reduced our rate considerably. I was so pleased I went through them for a life insurance policy. Richard Lang is so friendly and helpful. His response time is amazingly expediant!

I had this Farm Bureau for 2 years. They went up over $200 on my homeowners insurance this year. So before the renewal date I informed them I would not be renewing the policy. They gave me a very difficult time giving me a cancelation notice for my mortgage company, because it was a nonrenewal of insurance. They informed me that it would take another 4 to 6 weeks to give the premium back that the mortgage company already paid. They did not say we are sorry to see you go or try to keep me. So apparently they don't need their customers.

Farm Bureau’s Hickory office is always very helpful. Aleta and Sharon are always happy to help and brighten my day. We have many vehicle changes through the years but this team keeps our business!

I cannot recommend Farm Bureau enough, esp. the Hickory office. I have been hit by 3 uninsured drivers on 3 separate occasions. Farm Bureau has been nothing but professional, courteous, and prompt each time. This last time was in January. Cameron Pierce, Mark Warren, and Shannon at the Hickory office were amazing! They made the whole process smooth and painless. I could not recommend Farm Bureau's Hickory office enough. Even if you could get a rate lower at another company, the level of customer service is well worth the price!
